Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals shall be received for Lease of Photocopy Equipment until 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 23, 2005, by the County of Sutter, State of California, in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 1160 Civic Center Blvd., Suite A, Yuba City, California 95993, at which time they will be publicly opened.
Vendors utilizing mail services are encouraged to have packages delivered two business days prior to the proposal opening in order to allow for internal mail sorting, routing and delivery. Further, packages submitted via FedEx, UPS or other carrier service shall be enclosed in an envelope clearly marked PHOTOCOPY EQUIPMENT. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure proposals are in the custody of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at the designated time of opening. No late proposals, or those submitted via facsimile (fax), shall be accepted.
