Boat Launch, Day Use and Parking Fees Effective January 1, 2013
Day Use: Daily use fee for those persons not in possession of a Permit.

| Day Use: The Day Use fee covers access to the Sutter County Boat Launch Facilities including parking, boat ramp access and day use. The Day use fee is good only for the date of purchase. The Day Use fee must be placed in the envelope available at each Facility and deposited in the drop box at that facility. The receipt portion of the envelope must be displayed on the vehicle's dash. The day use fee does not include overnight camping.

Usage: This permit covers daily access to the Sutter County Boat Launch Facilities including parking, boat ramp access, and day use.
This permit does not include overnight camping.
Access: Access to the Sutter County Boat Launch Facilities will be granted to a vehicle displaying a current annual permit on the windshield, or tag holder attached to the visor or mirror in such a manner as to be easily readable to a person outside the vehicle. Owners of multiple vehicles, not exceeding three per owner, may park or launch one vehicle at a time, and will need to purchase and use a transferable holder in order for the permit tag, to be displayed on the vehicle in use.

Annual Permit Application
- Valid California Driver's License
- If you are applying for a reduced fee permit as a Low Income Senior or Disabled Person you must provide documentation to support your application.
- If you are applying for a permit for multiple vehicles, you must provide copies of the vehicle registrations documenting your ownership of the vehicles to be listed on the permit.
When purchasing the permit at the Customer Service Desk be prepared to provide the required documentation and have a check, money order, or exact change required for your purchase. Please note we are unable to accept payment by credit or debit card.Definitions:
Resident: Is defined as any vehicle owner who has a valid California driver's license displaying a current residential address in Sutter County.
Qualified Low Income Seniors: is a vehicle owner over 65 years of age with a total monthly income not exceeding $854.40 for a single person or a combined income for a married person not exceeding $1444.20. As set forth in Section 7150(a)(2) of the California Fish and Game Code. Certification of income is required annually in accordance with Section 7150(b) of the California Fish and Game Code by means determined acceptable by the Director of Public Works.
Social Security Proof of Income Letter(s) or Social Security Benefit Statement(s), SSA Form 1099 will be required to verify income level.
Qualified Disabled Persons: is a vehicle owner who is so severely physically disabled as to be permanently unable to move from place to place without the aid of a wheelchair, walker, forearm crutches or a comparable mobility-related device as set forth in Section 7151(a)(4) of the California Fish and Game Code. Proof of Disability is required in accordance with that code section.
